Remarks Package prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars per person basis. Alternative carriers are available upon request. All the package prices are subject to high season surcharge (Easter, Summer Vacation, Long-weekend, Christmas & Chinese New Year) Ticket is non-reroutable, non-endorable and non-refundable. Ticket and voucher are valid on flight / date shown only and package is non-refundable. All the package prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please check and reconfirm with your travel agent for the updated package prices prior to booking. Package Price Does Note Include Airport taxes, insurance charge, other travel taxes, passport and visa fees. All meals, other than those specifically included in the packages. All other expenses including, but not limited to laundry, telephone calls, room service, optional packages and any other personal consumption items. Reservations Reservations should be made through your travel agent, at least 14 days in advance. For peak season, it is recommended that reservation to be made at least one month in advance. Deposits and Full Payment 21 days or more before departure confirmation, deposit of HK$2,000 per person payable upon package confirmation; full payment should be made at least 21 days before departure. 8-20 days before departure confirmation, full payment immediately upon package confirmation. 3-7 days before departure, full payment at time of booking. Booking cannot be made less than 3 days before departure. Cancellation And Refunds The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to departure. Time of Cancellation : 14 or more days before departure, cancellation charge of 25% of package price 7-13 days before departure, cancellation charge of 40% of package price Less than 7 days, cancellation charge of 60% of package price No Show, cancellation charge of 100% of package price *** Booking confirmed under high season flight seats / hotel room blockage is subject to 100% cancellation charges upon package confirmation. Amendments After the issuance of package document, any alternation of a confirmed booking is subject to a handling fee of HK$100 per person plus any fee charged by airline, hotel or any other vendors. This fee is subject to the policies of different vendors. Any changes to bookings will be subject to the applicable package price at the time of change as well as the applicable handling fee stated above. Handling fee must be received within 24 hours once the amendment is requested. *** Booking confirmed under high season flight seats / hotel room blockage, no amendment can be made. Child & Infant Children fares are quoted for children under the age of 12 on date of departure. Room & Bedding Room and bedding varies from hotel to hotel. Memory World of Travel cannot guarantee the bedding and room configurations. It is subject to hotel availability upon check-in. Office Hours Reservation： Monday - Friday 0900-1730 Saturday 0900-1300 Messages received after these office hours are not valid until the next business day. Public holidays in between will not be counted as well. Responsibilities Memory World of Travel (the Organisers), and their Travel Agents have arranged for these services to be performed under the responsibility of various contractors. The Organisers and / or these agent partners therefore act only as agents for the hotels, airlines, car companies, or other services and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Organisers are issued subject to any and all tariffs terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, car companies, or owners or contractors and by the acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets the package participants agree to the foregoing and so agreed that neither Organisers nor any parent, subsidiary nor affiliate companies will be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise, whether due to its or their negligence or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services or resulting, directly or indirectly from acts of god, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, filferages, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulation, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the Organiser's control, or for loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passport validity, visas or other documents and that neither the Organisers nor any parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies will be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the package participants as a result of any of the foregoing causes. The Organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the arrangement contained in the itineraries, to the extend not to conflict with or contrary to any written laws, the aforesaid provision will apply and except to as excluded by any laws in force in those countries the limitations relating to liability and other provisions imposed or implied therein will apply. Force Majeure The Organisers have the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any package in the event of force majeure, hostilities, accident of other circumstances beyond the control of the Organisers which render it necessary in the Organisers' reasonable opinion that such steps are taken. The Organisers shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations resulting therefrom, upon notice to the package participants and full refund of any amount paid for the package or the unused portions of the package, as appropriate.
